The luggage arrived in one large box with the smaller pieces contained within and protected by the largest piece. The largest piece arrived with a long dent and crack in its side.

This luggage is well built, nice features and an EXCELLENT value at the price. Colors match pictures, they are attractive, sturdy, nice liner and compartments. All in all, my wife was VERY happy when I surprised her with this. Ladies loving the pink hearts and all that girly stuff.
